Will my initial consultation be free?

Initial consultations for personal injury cases are free, as we will determine at that time whether it is appropriate in our opinion to proceed with your case. Initial consultations in all other circumstances are billed at our standard rate, as that initial meeting will be important to the information-gathering process for your case.


How much do you charge to do a will?

It depends on the complexity of the will. A simple will can be done for $300. More complex wills are drawn up based on our regular hourly rate.


How much do you charge to do a divorce?

An uncontested divorce costs $700, plus $170 for court costs. Contested divorces are billed at our regular hourly rate.
